CPA Tax Preparer
About The Position
Golden Reserve is seeking an experienced tax professional to build and lead its internal tax support and preparation team nationwide. This is a player-coach role, with 75% of the time dedicated to tax support and preparation, and 25% focused on building a new team and department. As the team expands, the leadership and management responsibilities will increase. Golden Reserve is a full-service RIA and insurance firm committed to transforming the financial industry for both clients and its team. The company has grown rapidly to over 40 offices across 9 states and is continuing to expand. This role will manage the preparation of annual tax returns, provide ongoing real-time tax support, participate in events, and coordinate the development and expansion of the tax department. Golden Reserve's lead generation strategies include a national radio and television show, seminar workshops, digital marketing, and exceptional client services.
Requirements
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Five (5)+ years of tax preparation, accounting, and tax planning experience
- Excellent communication skills for managing and inspiring teams and clients
- Management experience, including leading multi-location teams and driving process

Responsibilities
- Manage the tax preparation of annual returns.
- Assist with ongoing real-time tax support.
