About The Position

This role involves working directly with clients to provide financial guidance and support, managing all aspects of their financial needs, and delivering comprehensive financial recommendations. The position requires accurate and timely financial reporting, staying current with industry trends and regulatory changes, and collaborating with the team to identify new business opportunities and drive growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required
• At least 5 years of experience in accounting or related field
• Proven track record of successfully managing and developing client relationships
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software (e.g. Quickbooks)

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to provide financial guidance and support
• Manage and coordinate all aspects of clients' financial needs
• Deliver comprehensive financial recommendations to clients
• Provide accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes to regulations and laws related to financial reporting and tax compliance
• Collaborate with other members of the Venture First team to identify new business opportunities and drive growth
