About The Position

Marshall Dennehey, P.C., a nationally recognized Am Law 200 civil defense law firm, is seeking Attorneys to join our Philadelphia office with an interest in insurance coverage. This role provides a balanced mix of research, writing, hands-on litigation, and client interface. The coverage group represents insurance companies in navigating all manner of coverage questions, filing declaratory judgment actions, and defending coverage and bad faith suits involving all lines of insurance. Dual licensure in PA and NJ is preferred but not a prerequisite. Consideration can be given to candidates working out of either the Philadelphia, PA, or Mt Laurel, NJ offices, or a combination of both.
