About The Position

The Covenants Assistant provides clerical support to the Code Enforcement Team and Covenants Committee. This includes managing phones and emails, scheduling and coordinating vendors onsite, and data entry and reporting, as it relates to inspecting properties for maintenance, landscaping, safety, and compliance issues and accurately recording findings.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of office admin, office support, and clerical support experience.
  • Customer service driven and team collaborative.
  • Proactive communication style with professional communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, take initiative, and timely follow-up skills.
  • Well versed in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

  • Notify responsible parties of code issues given in writing, by phone, in person and electronically.
  • Respond to and investigate allegations of violations of codes to determine validity of complaints and the appropriate course of action to mitigate issues.
  • Investigate and enforce property codes within boundaries.
  • Schedule and perform systematic property maintenance inspections to maintain or achieve minimum property standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.
