Be the friendly face that gets our customers where they need to go! Kocourek Nissan Kia is looking for a dependable, friendly, and safety-minded Shuttle/Courtesy Driver to join our team. Our drivers play an important role in the customer experience. When a customer drops off their vehicle for service, they need to know they’re in good hands—from the moment they arrive until they’re back on the road. If you enjoy driving, meeting people, and being part of a team, this could be the perfect fit!

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Must be able to meet company insurance requirements.
• Ability to safely operate dealership vehicles
• Able to sit for long periods of time.
• Ability to climb stairs.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests to and from the dealership, home, work, or other approved destinations.
• Provide a friendly, professional experience for every passenger.
• Follow scheduled shuttle routes and accommodate guest transportation needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable shuttle vehicle.
• Complete basic vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Assist customers with entering and exiting the vehicle when needed.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors and the service team regarding customer transportation.
• Keep track of shuttle trips and required documentation.
• Follow all company safety policies, traffic laws, and vehicle operating procedures.
• Help with general dealership tasks when shuttle service is not needed.
• Represent Kocourek professionally in the community.
