About The Position

Maintains a safe and secure environment for guests and employees by establishing and enforcing Cove Communities policies and procedures at our Big Pine Key property.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager with necessary support in order to keep Big Pine Key a safe property for both guests and employees
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the property, units, activities, entertainment and amenities
• Know the department managers and department functions and how they relate to each other
• Exhibit friendly, courteous, helpful behavior always; be able to react calmly and professional
• Maintain a friendly and calm presence on property at all times
• Familiar relationship with residents and guests
• Supports and follows all Cove Communities policy at all times
• All other duties as assigned
