About The Position

The Courtesy Shuttle Driver provides safe, professional, and friendly transportation for dealership customers to and from the dealership while their vehicles are being serviced.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check
• Minimum age requirement as determined by insurance carrier
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable
• Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings or evenings as scheduled

Responsibilities

• Safely transport customers to and from the dealership in a timely and courteous manner
• Maintain awareness of scheduling needs and communicate effectively with service advisors
• Follow all traffic laws, dealership policies, and safety procedures
• Keep the shuttle vehicle clean, orderly, and fueled
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when interacting with customers
• Provide basic customer assistance and answer general questions about dealership services (no mechanical diagnosis or promises of repair outcomes)
• Run dealership errands (picking up parts, paperwork, or vehicles) as assigned
