Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Sense of urgency
- Excellent communication
- Typing – ability to type efficiently to enter accurate information into tracking system
- Mathematics – ability to solve basic math calculations.
- Basic computer skills
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Offer customers transportation to and from their destination, providing them a way to contact you if needed for pick-up.
- Drive cautiously and safely staying within the laws of the road.
- Ensure the customer's experience while being transported is professional, stress-free, and timely.
- Drive customer's vehicles in a way that shows respect for their property. Drive safely and with caution.
- Ensure the shuttle vehicle is clean and fueled. Fuel it in the afternoon so it will be ready during the rush in the morning.
- Ensure that shuttle vehicle has regular maintenance.
- Maintain clean and organized work area including the shuttle vehicle.
- Assist Service Advisors as needed.
- Assist in job duties of Service Porter whenever possible, in his/her absence.
- Maintain a valid local area driver's license and acceptable driving record. Immediately inform management of any changes in status.
