About The Position

The Courtesy Driver is responsible for greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner, offering transportation to and from their destination, and ensuring a professional, stress-free, and timely customer experience during transport. The driver must operate vehicles with caution and respect, maintain the shuttle vehicle's cleanliness and fuel level, and assist Service Advisors and the Service Porter as needed. This role requires a valid local area driver's license and an acceptable driving record, with immediate reporting of any status changes to management.

Requirements

• Maintain a valid local area driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Offer customers transportation to and from their destination, providing them a way to contact you if needed for pick-up.
• Drive cautiously and safely staying within the laws of the road.
• Ensure the customer’s experience while being transported is professional, stress-free, and timely.
• Drive customer’s vehicles in a way that shows respect for their property.
• Drive safely and with caution.
• Ensure the shuttle vehicle is clean and fueled.
• Fuel it in the afternoon so it will be ready during the rush in the morning.
• Ensure that shuttle vehicle has regular maintenance.
• Maintain clean and organized work area including the shuttle vehicle.
• Assist Service Advisors as needed.
• Assist in job duties of Service Porter whenever possible, in his/her absence.
• Maintain a valid local area driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Immediately inform management of any changes in status.
