Wilde Honda is looking for a reliable and friendly Courtesy Driver to support our service guests and help create a smooth, stress-free experience from the moment they arrive. As a Courtesy Driver, you will help provide a convenient and welcoming experience for our customers while their vehicles are being serviced.
Requirements
- A friendly, helpful attitude and strong customer service mindset
- Reliable attendance and a professional work ethic
- Comfortable driving throughout the day
- Ability to operate a variety of vehicles, including cars, light trucks, and vans
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Team-focused approach and willingness to help where needed
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence
Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Safely transport customers to and from the dealership as needed
- Provide a comfortable, courteous, and stress-free ride experience
- Drive cautiously, responsibly, and in accordance with all traffic laws
- Treat customer vehicles and dealership property with care and respect
- Keep the courtesy vehicle clean, fueled, and ready for use
- Communicate clearly with service team members and customers
- Assist with additional dealership support tasks as needed
