As our Service Courtesy Driver, you will be responsible for retrieving client vehicles scheduled for service and returning client vehicles once service has been completed. You will be responsible for the client experience from vehicle pick-up, vehicle pre-service inspection, checking vehicle in with Service Advisor, returning vehicle to client and completing a post-service inspection. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and succeed in an environment with established guidelines and processes.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Valid and current Driver's License with ability.
Clean driving record required.
Minimum of five years general work experience required.
Ability to maintain a good driving record.
Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to communicate effectively with all parties including Supervisor, client and Service representatives.

Responsibilities

Retrieve client vehicles scheduled for service.
Return client vehicles once service has been completed.
Manage the client experience from vehicle pick-up.
Perform vehicle pre-service inspection.
Check vehicle in with Service Advisor.
Return vehicle to client.
Complete a post-service inspection.
Drive safely, responsibly and be prepared for all road conditions.
Respect fellow employees, equipment and customers.
Comply with applicable laws, regulations and policies.
