About The Position

As a Courtesy Clerk, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service in accordance with our company's standards and policies. This role involves assisting customers with locating products, answering questions, addressing complaints, and providing information about store policies. You will also be responsible for bagging groceries carefully, ensuring fragile items are protected, and assisting customers by carrying purchases to their vehicles. Additionally, maintaining a clean and organized store environment is key, which includes collecting and returning shopping carts, tidying shelves, cleaning spills, sweeping, mopping, and taking out trash.
