About The Position

The Courtesy Team Member works throughout the front end of the store, helping provide a positive customer experience. The role includes bagging groceries, collecting shopping carts, assisting customers with groceries, maintaining store cleanliness, and helping customers locate items. The position is suited to a friendly, responsible team player who can work safely at a fast pace, pay close attention to detail, and follow directions. The posting is maintained year-round to build a talent pool and may not reflect immediate hiring needs; applicants may be kept on file for future openings. Compensation is paid weekly, and the actual offer depends on relevant education, training, experience, and other bona fide factors. Requirements

Responsibilities

Bag customers’ groceries neatly and orderly; verify prices for cashiers when necessary.
Collect shopping carts from the parking lot and assist customers with groceries to their cars.
Maintain a cheerful and helpful attitude toward customers and other Team Members.
Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the store and restrooms.
Assist with “go backs” and accompany customers to locate items throughout the store.
