About The Position

At Rosauers Supermarkets, Courtesy Clerks help create a pleasant shopping experience by providing friendly customer service, carefully bagging purchases, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment. This closing role helps ensure customers leave with a positive impression of the store.

Requirements

• Candidates must be 16 years or older.
• Complete a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers entering or leaving the store.
• Greet and thank customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Answer customer questions, help locate items, and provide recommendations.
• Bag customer purchases swiftly and efficiently.
• Provide carry-out service upon request.
• Retrieve shopping carts from surrounding areas.
• Return merchandise from the check stand area to the display area.
• Replenish check stand supplies, such as shopping bags.
• Sweep and mop store floors as needed and keep other areas clean and tidy.
• Perform other tasks as needed.
