About The Position

Join our Front End team and support an efficient, positive shopping experience by keeping carts organized, assisting customers, and ensuring key areas of the store stay clean and inviting.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
• Ability to recognize when issues require higher-level staff support.
• Reliable work ethic with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• 0–3 years of retail or customer service experience preferred, especially in a grocery environment.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve shopping carts from parking areas and cart corrals, keeping them clean, organized, and ready for customer use.
• Help cashiers by bagging groceries and engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist customers with carrying purchases to their vehicles when requested.
• Maintain cleanliness of customer eating areas and restrooms, including wiping surfaces, sweeping, and restocking napkin and utensil stations.
• Monitor self-checkout stations and support customers as needed.
• Answer store phones and direct incoming calls appropriately.
