The Court Support Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Court Support team, which works directly with courts across the country to retrieve and process high volumes of court filings and case updates. This role combines people leadership with operational oversight, ensuring team members successfully obtain court documents, navigate court dockets, and maintain accurate records in internal systems. The Lead supervises Court Support Specialists and acts as the primary escalation point for complex court inquiries, document retrieval issues, and workflow challenges. The ideal candidate has a legal or court operations background , strong organizational skills, and the ability to lead a team in a high-volume environment. This position is located onsite in our Atlanta office and is not a remote role.
