The Court Reporter is responsible for producing a complete, accurate, and secure transcript of DOHR Board of Appeal hearings. This role has a critical function in legal proceedings, requiring an exact record of events. The Court Reporter will provide services for both in-person (Davidson County) and virtual (Microsoft Teams) hearings. Hearings are estimated to be 4 hours but could extend up to 8 hours in a day or even span two days. The Court Reporter is expected to furnish a transcript of reported evidence or proceedings upon request, with the cost covered in the hourly rate.
