The Clackamas County Circuit Court is hiring a Jury Clerk (Court Operations Associate). In this role… You will utilize the Oregon Judicial Department’s Jury Management System to process and maintain accurate juror records. You will respond to inquires from jurors and court staff, providing timely and clear information. Check in jurors upon arrival and assist with completing online forms as needed. Review and analyze juror responses and requests, complying with statutes, policy and procedural criteria. You will also assist the jury coordinator with all jury-related functions by conducting jury draws, determining the number jurors required, providing orientation to prospective jurors, and creating daily verbal message instructor jurors on reporting time and date for future jury panel requirements as needed.
