Under general direction, performs a full range of administrative clerical tasks and functions in support of Court operations. This role involves receiving and documenting a variety of legal records and documents, processing and maintaining databases, record management systems, and automated document retrieval procedures. The position also includes preparing notices, abstracts, warrants, and other documents, collecting and recording fees, fines, and bail monies, issuing receipts, maintaining accounting records related to the collection of monies, and preparing deposits. Additionally, the Court Clerk II maintains and updates eCourt calendars for the status and disposition of cases.
