About The Position

The Institute for the Study of International Development at McGill University is seeking a Course Lecturer for INTD 497-001, Advanced Topics in International Development. The course will focus on themes such as conflict, social movements and human rights, migration, environment, corruption and governance, health, and climate change. This is a part-time position with a salary of $11,824 per course. The teaching schedule is Monday and Wednesday from 11:35 am to 12:55 pm, from August 31, 2026, to December 4, 2026. Requirements

  • Doctorate or Advanced Studies in a related discipline.
  • Experience and research in the area of international development.
  • Authorized to work in Canada.

  • Proficiency in English, both verbally and in writing.
