About The Position

Eurofins Scientific is an international life sciences company providing analytical testing services. This role involves transporting samples, ensuring quality control, and adhering to health and safety policies. The position requires long-distance driving, potentially up to 250-300 miles per day, with 1-5 stops per route. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, with basic hours from 8 am to 5 pm, but may require flexibility for extended hours (up to 6 pm-8 pm) due to route and traffic conditions.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
A valid state issued driver’s license to drive delivery vehicles is required as an employee with driving responsibilities.
Must be able to operate a motor vehicle
Must be able to use Smartphone.
Must be willing and able to drive long distances (4+ hours)
Professional working proficiency in English is a requirement, including the ability to read, write and speak in English.
Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies
Candidates who have some flexibility in regards to potentially shifting schedules and hours would be ideal for this position.

Responsibilities

Documenting, packaging and transporting samples in accordance with appropriate project-specific sampling and analysis plans/protocols
Responsible for quality control of all assignments and completing documents
Following and enforcing company health and safety policies.
Must be able to follow technical instructions and guidance.
May assist with data collection and routine sampling, as needed
Long distance driving
Candidates in this role may be asked to drive as far as North New Jersey, Pittsburg, etc., and a maximum of 250-300 miles per day, round trip
Route could consist of anywhere from 1-5 stops
May be asked to drive to other locations as needed based on business needs
