About The Position

Come join First American, where we recognize our true worth is our people. We are looking to add a Courier to our growing team. In this role you will work in a fast-paced setting supporting our Albuquerque branches by delivering and picking up documents.

Requirements

• Passion for helping customers while maintaining a professional and positive attitude
• Ability to keep track of multiple documents and itemize
• Problem solver with strong organizational skills, is detail oriented, a natural curiosity with an eagerness to learn
• Thrives in contributing to a team working together to deliver beyond customer expectations
• A government issued driver’s license is required
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Delivers and picks up documents, mail, messages, packages
• Maintains a log of items picked up and delivered
• Maintains and creates logs, reports, records, and files.
• Verifies and updates information
• Communicate regularly with customers during the escrow process flow
