Join us as a Courier, where you’ll play a vital role in the safe and timely pickup, transport, and delivery of environmental samples and materials that support our laboratory operations. Your work helps ensure the integrity of each sample and contributes to the accuracy of data that protects communities and ecosystems. Candidate MUST feel comfortable driving in and out of the Washington D.C. during the weekday.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver’s License and the ability to maintain all required licenses and certifications
Knowledge of safe driving, customer service, and sample transport principles
Ability to learn and follow organizational policies, procedures, and transportation protocols
Comfort using basic computer applications and maintaining documentation accurately
Strong communication skills with both internal teams and external customers
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good judgment, professionalism, and discretion when interacting with others
Comfortable driving in and out of Washington D.C. during the weekday

Nice To Haves

Experience in a related role is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Pick up, transport, and deliver samples, documents, and materials as needed
Prepare your assigned vehicle for daily operations, including documentation, safety checks, and basic maintenance needs
Provide support and assistance to staff and management related to sample transport procedures
Promote a positive, collaborative, and customer focused work environment aligned with Pace® values
