About The Position

The Courier supports pharmacy operations by handling, packaging, and delivering radiopharmaceuticals to authorized recipients, including hospitals, imaging facilities, and healthcare clinics, while following regulatory guidelines. This role operates within a 24-hour healthcare business environment and uses company-owned vehicles for deliveries, not personal vehicles. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 4 a.m. to 12 p.m., with a starting pay of $20 per hour and higher pay available based on experience.

Requirements

• Willingness to submit to a drug test and background check.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s license for the necessary delivery area and a clean driving record.
• Ability to accommodate shift changes based on business needs.
• Willingness to work on call, with the expectation of arriving at the pharmacy within 45 minutes.
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination to meet compliance obligations for customer-mandated on-site requirements.
• Ability to lift 60 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Previous delivery driving experience.
• Previous experience handling or transporting radiopharmaceuticals.
• Ability to take direction and perform duties.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Package and deliver radiopharmaceuticals in compliance with applicable requirements.
• Process returns from customers.
• Ensure timely delivery of the correct package to each customer.
• Complete Department of Transportation (DOT) paperwork for deliveries.
• Maintain the cleanliness of delivery vehicles.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
