About The Position
Courier transports items between the clinics and hospital. The light mechanic performs general and preventative maintenance throughout the hospital and hospital owned off-site properties.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, trade school preferred
- Clean driver's license and driving record
- Communications with vendors, staff, and customers
- Maintain strictest confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA guidelines/regulations
- Familiarity with regulatory standards
Responsibilities
- Deliver/pick-up mail and run errands as necessary.
- Deliver items between all clinics and hospital
- Assist with fire drills
- Maintain assigned mechanical rooms and work areas in a clean and orderly condition
- Answer phones and relay information as needed
- Assist with responding to all calls.
- Complete work orders for routine or emergency repairs.
- Complete repairs and document services rendered
- Complete required reports for each job assignment, detailing time and materials used for each completed task
