Courier/Driver (1st shift) - Eurofins Environment Testing - Lancaster, PA
About The Position
Eurofins Environment Testing is seeking a Courier/Driver for its Lancaster, PA location. This full-time role involves documenting, packaging, and transporting samples to various locations, potentially up to 250-300 miles round trip per day, with 1-5 stops. The position requires adherence to quality control, health and safety policies, and the ability to follow technical instructions. Occasional assistance with data collection and routine sampling may be required. The standard hours are Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm, but flexibility is needed as hours may extend to 6 pm-8 pm due to routes and traffic.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A valid state issued driver’s license to drive delivery vehicles
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle
- Ability to use Smartphone
- Willingness and ability to drive long distances (4+ hours)
- Professional working proficiency in English, including the ability to read, write and speak in English
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Responsibilities
- Documenting, packaging and transporting samples in accordance with appropriate project-specific sampling and analysis plans/protocols
- Responsible for quality control of all assignments and completing documents
- Following and enforcing company health and safety policies
- Assisting with data collection and routine sampling, as needed
- Long distance driving, potentially up to North New Jersey, Pittsburg, etc., with a maximum of 250-300 miles per day, round trip
- Making 1-5 stops per route
- Driving to other locations as needed based on business needs
- Performing additional duties as assigned
