This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM for an 8-hour shift, with paid overtime opportunities available. The role involves delivering mail and parcels across campus, providing excellent customer service, maintaining accurate logs and paperwork, operating company vehicles safely, and supporting daily operations by responding to client requests and assisting teams where coverage is needed.

Requirements

High school diploma (or equivalent) with 2+ years of related work experience preferred.
Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to work assigned hours.
Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work independently.
Comfortable using MS Office, computer-based systems, and MFD/office equipment.
Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge, including routine checks such as tire changes, fuel, battery, lights, and general upkeep.

Responsibilities

Deliver mail and parcels across campus while enjoying the road and ensuring timely, accurate service.
Provide 5-star customer service and build strong professional relationships with employees and teams.
Maintain accurate delivery logs, follow chain-of-custody procedures, and complete paperwork with precision.
Operate and maintain company vehicles safely, following all state laws and company safety standards.
Support daily operations by responding to client requests, assisting teams, and stepping in where coverage is needed.
