Licensed Therapists are a critical part of our clinical team. This is a Hybrid Role.

Requirements

• Fully licensed as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the State of Indiana.
• Not able to accommodate dependently licensed clinicians at this time.
• Experienced in working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based, medically driven treatment services for children, adolescents and adults suffering from a variety of mental health issues in an outpatient care setting.
• Offer both in-person and telemedicine care.
• Manage caseload with full autonomy.
• Work with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations.
