Requirements
- Fully licensed as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the State of Indiana.
- Experienced in working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations.
- Must be a W2 employee.

Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based, medically driven treatment services for children, adolescents and adults suffering from a variety of mental health issues in an outpatient care setting.
- Offer both in-person and telemedicine care options.
- Work collaboratively with a clinical team.
