About The Position

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Coupa Technical Specialist to design, develop, and maintain integrations between Coupa Business Spend Management (BSM) and enterprise applications. The role focuses on Coupa Integration Cloud, API-based integrations, supplier onboarding flows, and data synchronization between Coupa and ERP, finance, HR, and payment systems. The successful candidate will have delivered production Coupa integrations, understand source-to-pay processes end to end, and apply disciplined integration engineering practices.

The specialist will work with product, design, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to translate ambiguous requirements into well-engineered solutions. The role also involves contributing through code and design reviews and mentoring more junior engineers. Strong engineering discipline, clear communication, and a record of delivering dependable production work are expected.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Five or more years of integration engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience integrating Coupa with enterprise systems.
• Strong understanding of Coupa Integration Cloud and Coupa Open APIs.
• Experience with at least one major iPaaS, such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Workato.
• Strong understanding of source-to-pay and procure-to-pay processes.
• Solid SQL and data transformation skills.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, and integration security.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice To Haves

• Coupa certifications.
• Experience integrating Coupa with SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite ERP systems.
• Familiarity with Coupa Pay, Coupa Risk Assess, or Coupa Treasury.
• Exposure to supplier-network integrations.
• Experience supporting global BSM rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Coupa BSM and enterprise applications.
• Build and support API-based integrations, supplier onboarding flows, and data synchronization between Coupa and ERP, finance, HR, and payment systems.
• Collaborate with product, design, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
• Contribute to code reviews and design reviews.
• Mentor more junior engineers.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and deliver solutions that perform reliably in production.
