About The Position

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Coupa Middleware Developer to design, develop, and maintain integrations between Coupa BSM (Business Spend Management) and the broader enterprise application landscape. This role will focus on Coupa Integration Cloud, API-based integrations, supplier onboarding flows, and data synchronization between Coupa and ERP, finance, HR, and payment systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully implementing Coupa integrations in production, a comprehensive understanding of the source-to-pay process, and a commitment to disciplined integration engineering practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to transform ambiguous requirements into well-engineered solutions. This position also involves raising the bar through code reviews, design reviews, and mentoring junior engineers, requiring strong engineering discipline, clear communication, and a history of delivering robust production solutions.

Requirements

• Five or more years of integration engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience integrating Coupa with enterprise systems.
• Strong understanding of Coupa Integration Cloud and Coupa Open APIs.
• Experience with at least one major iPaaS such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Workato.
• Strong understanding of source-to-pay and procure-to-pay processes.
• Solid SQL and data transformation skills.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, and integration security.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice To Haves

• Coupa certifications.
• Experience integrating Coupa with SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite ERP systems.
• Familiarity with Coupa Pay, Coupa Risk Assess, or Coupa Treasury.
• Exposure to supplier-network integrations.
• Experience supporting global BSM rollouts.
