About The Position
The Coupa Catalog Management Specialist is responsible for the administration, maintenance, validation, and continuous improvement of supplier catalogs and punchout catalogs within the Coupa procurement platform. This role involves supporting the upload, validation, and publication of supplier catalogs, reviewing catalog files for completeness and compliance, and validating supplier information, item descriptions, pricing, and units of measure. The specialist will also support punchout catalog setup, testing, and troubleshooting, resolve catalog-related issues, and provide end-user guidance on catalog usage. Additionally, the role requires coordinating supplier corrections and updates, supporting quarterly release testing, and maintaining catalog activity tracking and reporting. Collaboration with Procurement, suppliers, and support teams is essential.
