Requirements

• Graduation from high school; or Any equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Must meet the PA residency requirement.
• Must be able to perform essential job functions.
• A conditional offer of employment will require a drug screening.
• This position falls under the provisions of the Child Protective Services Law. Under the Law, a conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports including, but not limited to, PA State Police clearance, PA Child Abuse history clearance, and FBI Fingerprint clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-emergency rides for children and families to appointments and visits
• Observe family interactions and document details for caseworkers
• Help families connect with community programs and resources
• Maintain logs, prepare reports, and organize case files
• Support families by providing transportation and help during court-related services
• Complete copying, filing, and data entry to assist agency staff
