About The Position

Responsibilities

Inspect public areas and promptly address cleanliness or maintenance issues.
Clean and sanitize the lobby and conference center restrooms, replenishing supplies as needed.
Dust and clean surfaces, including furniture, wall fixtures, house phones, plants, and vending machines.
Empty and clean trash receptacles in public spaces.
Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors in the lobby and conference center.
Monitor for safety hazards and maintenance issues, taking action or reporting them to appropriate personnel.
Inspect and maintain cleaning equipment and report malfunctions.
Interact with guests professionally and courteously.
Arrange furniture and décor in the lobby and conference center.
Inspect and replenish restroom supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
Collaborate with housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness throughout the hotel.
Identify areas needing attention and seek ways to improve guest experiences and service quality.
