About The Position

Responsible for assuring the efficient and smooth operation of the count room in accordance with gaming regulations and accounting procedures. Promote Family Style Service culture through actions and positive attitude.

Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older
Proficient in English verbal and written
Proficient with iOS devices
Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to obtain and maintain a 1055 gaming license.
Two to Five years’ experience in casino finance or banking with a 4-year degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
Gaming experience is required.

Responsibilities

Responsible for efficient overall operation of the count room and staff.
Assure that count room procedures are followed in compliance with gaming regulations.
Completion of financial reports, paper work, and security of information within.
Assure compliance of internal controls and SOPs for all accounting and cash handling.
Review staffing levels to maintain budgeted level of employment.
Delegate duties and assign responsibilities as needed.
Development of staff, interviews, hires, and evaluates for above departments.
Review count room activities with the Cage/Count Manager
Ensure the safety and security of all guests and team members.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule as required by business operations, including late nights, weekends, and holidays; shifts may change.
Other duties as assigned or any reasonable request from any member of management.

Ability to push and pull up to 25 pounds
Ability to lift and carry objects up to 25 pounds
Ability to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and kneel repetitively
Safely work with provided cleaning chemical and equipment
Ascend and descend stairs and maintain equilibrium for an extended period
Must be able to work from a standing position and/or walking motion for extended period
Ability to work in a smoking and pet-friendly environment
