About The Position

This position is responsible for providing superior guest service, positively affecting interactions with guests and employees, and having the resiliency to deal with difficult guests in all types of business conditions and the ability to work effectively and courteously with fellow employees. At all times, maintain control of all casino assets. Follow all procedures for collection, counting, and asset security at all times. Count all money collected from the gaming floor. Count all chips collected from the gaming floor. Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation timely, accurately, and legibly. Appropriate use and maintenance of equipment and machinery used for transporting and counting funds. Assist in maintaining a spotless casino by disposing of any cups, glasses, bottles, or other items left on the floor by guests. Have complete knowledge of all casino events and promotional activities, and assist as needed. Keep work area in a clean and orderly manner. Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and Company policies in an ethical manner and empower and require others to do the same. Handle routine customer complaints and incidents, and exhibit the appropriate discretion to identify situations requiring the attention of supervisory personnel - seek to resolve all situations in a manner that maintains positive guest relationships. Must be able to work a flexible schedule as required by business operations, including late nights, weekends, and holidays; shifts may change. Assist in maintaining a spotless casino by disposing of any cups, glasses, bottles, or other items left on the floor by guests. Perform other duties as assigned or reasonably requested by any member of management.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Proficient in English verbal and written
  • Proficient with iOS devices
  • Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a 1055 gaming license.

Nice To Haves

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
  • Some experience in cashiering or cash handling and counting is strongly preferred.
