About The Position
Frontier Door & Cabinet is a full-vertical manufacturer, distributor, and installer of cabinetry, doors, and countertops for commercial, government, and multi-family construction projects. We're growing our El Paso countertop operation and need a hands-on leader to run the department.
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience leading countertop fabrication and/or installation crews
- Must know how to template countertops in the field and produce accurately from templates
- Comfortable managing schedules, materials, and multiple jobs at once
- Strong communication skills — you'll coordinate with production, sales, and the field
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus given our El Paso crew
Responsibilities
- Run day-to-day production for the countertop department — scheduling, fabrication quality, crew supervision, and job-site coordination.
- Own the shop floor from raw material to finished install, keep jobs on schedule, and hold the line on quality and safety.
