About The Position

Classic Rock Fabrication is seeking both Lead Installers and Install Technicians to join our growing team. This role is responsible for the delivery and installation of high-quality countertops while ensuring adherence to company standards, safety protocols, and customer satisfaction. Depending on experience, candidates will be considered for either a Lead Installer or Install Technician role.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license required
  • Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor
  • Willingness to learn and work in a team-oriented environment
  • Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments
  • 2–4 years of countertop installation or related construction experience required (for Lead Installer)
  • Strong knowledge of countertop installation or a similar skilled trade (for Lead Installer)
  • Ability to lead a team and work independently (for Lead Installer)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards (for Lead Installer)
  • Ability to read measurements and accurately use hand and power tools (for Lead Installer)

Nice To Haves

  • Construction or general labor experience preferred (for Install Technician)

Responsibilities

  • Load and unload countertops, backsplashes, and materials
  • Assist with countertop installations following company standards
  • Utilize basic construction and fabrication tools
  • Maintain a clean and safe job site
  • Communicate effectively with team members and customers
  • Represent the company professionally on job sites
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies
  • Perform full countertop installations, including seam setting, leveling, and finishing
  • Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards
  • Supervise and mentor Install Technicians and helpers
  • Communicate with customers on-site to ensure a positive experience
  • Complete job documentation and maintain job site cleanliness
  • Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues in the field
