About The Position

Counterintelligence All-Source Analyst, Mid The Opportunity: With all the information available today, it takes a skilled intelligence analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. With the critical decisions made in our government every day, we need an intel analyst like you to do just that. As a counterproliferation analyst, you use your specialized experience and your attention to detail to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills. As a Counterproliferation All-Source Analyst on our team, you’ll perform ICD-compliant all-source analytic production with a focus on WMD and CBRNE topic areas. You will participate in collection activities supporting strategic and tactical intelligence priorities and responses to military contingency operations and support analysis of WMD threats, the CBRNE and counterthreat nexus, missiles and delivery systems, advanced weapons, and related military activities and operations. You will generate analytic lines and written intelligence products in accordance with IC Tradecraft Standards, using a wide range of intelligence resources and tools and briefs analysis to senior DoD leaders and produce white papers, regional threat analysis and assessments, and short- and long-term assessments. Requirements

  • Experience with DoD and IC all-source analysis tools
  • Experience collecting and analyzing all-source intelligence data, including on technical topics such as CBRNE or advanced conventional weapons, to create compliant intelligence products
  • Experience with ICD 203 and ICD 206 compliant production
  • Ability to define problems, refine key intelligence questions, conduct studies and analysis, and respond to customers’ requests for information (RFI)
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience conducting all-source intelligence analysis and working with intelligence systems and tools, or 12+ years of experience conducting all-source intelligence analysis and working with intelligence systems and tools in lieu of degree

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of experience with counterintelligence
  • Experience collecting and analyzing all-source intelligence for WMD topic areas
  • Master’s degree
