Responsibilities

• Greet customers at the counter in a friendly manner.
• Locate desired products for customers.
• Process customer payments.
• Answer a wide range of questions.
• Suggest complementary or alternative products.
• Answer phone calls professionally and redirect them if necessary.
• Keep the counter clean and organized for customer experience and marketing.
• Provide assistance to warehouse or sales personnel when needed.
• Maintain skills and knowledge of product lines and systems used.
