About The Position

As a Counter Sales/Warehouse Associate, you will assist with customer orders, information requests, and inventory status. You will review orders for accuracy and communicate any deviations to customers in a timely and professional manner. You will also assemble product for receiving, storing, shipping, and controlling materials in inventory or for sale.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Nice To Haves

• Previous wholesale electrical distribution product knowledge and sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with and resolve customer requests and problems promptly and professionally.
• Sell products and services, offer relevant add-on and upsell products, and suggest alternatives when requested products are unavailable.
• Maintain merchandise and literature displays.
• Develop knowledge of Crescent product inventory and its location, as well as sales techniques; stay current on market trends, new products, and product applications.
• Back up and support inside sales representatives and warehouse personnel as needed.
• Review orders for accuracy and communicate deviations to customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Assemble product for receiving, storing, shipping, and control of inventory or materials for sale.
