Requirements

  • Customer Service Superstar: You love working with people and know how to create a great experience.
  • Collaborator Extraordinaire: You thrive when working with others and are always ready to lend a hand.
  • Sales Know-How: Experience in HVAC, Refrigeration, and top-tier customer service and sales skills are key.
  • Detail-Oriented: You’ve got a sharp eye for organization and take pride in getting things right, and getting things done.
  • HVAC experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

  • Be the Face of Our Company: Whether in-store, over the phone, or online, you’ll be the friendly go-to expert for all things HVAC/R—connecting with customers and making their day a little easier.
  • Build Strong Relationships: From offering quick service to helping with loading and answering product questions, you’ll form connections that keep customers coming back.
  • Drive Sales with Confidence: Recommend the right products, guide customers through purchases, and handle transactions like a pro.
  • Keep Things Running Smoothly: You’ll manage inventory, keep our shelves stocked, and make sure displays are looking top-notch.
  • Team Up for Success: Work hand-in-hand with colleagues and outside sales consultants to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
