About The Position

The Counter Sales Representative is responsible for identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, maintaining a thorough understanding of product offerings and industry trends, processing customer orders, and providing exceptional customer service. This role also includes completing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to accurately operate cash register.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail

• Previous Customer Service and Sales experience preferred.
