About The Position

Bosch is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Counter Sales Associate in Rossville, Georgia. The associate serves as a customer-facing representative, providing service and helping customers have a positive shopping experience. The role includes sales-counter duties and, when needed, assistance with warehouse shipping and receiving. The associate is also expected to maintain regular attendance and punctuality and perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of retail or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Strong math skills for accurate transaction processing.
• Proficiency operating Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• In-depth product knowledge or the ability to learn the product line quickly.
• Demonstrated customer service skills and a friendly, supportive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
• Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns.
• Inventory management skills.
• Regular attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with inquiries and purchases.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Keep the sales counter area clean and organized.
• Use product knowledge to help customers make informed decisions.
• Handle cash, credit cards, and other payment methods accurately.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally and empathetically.
• Restock merchandise and assist with inventory management.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive shopping environment.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Assist with warehouse shipping and receiving when needed.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Perform other assigned duties.
