Requirements

  • 2-4 years experience working in the electrical industry or equivalent knowledge
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional phone manner
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Minimum one year of Warehouse experience
  • Must be willing to be forklift trained

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to contractor customers at the counter, by phone or email to satisfy product/material needs
  • Responsible for handling customer service requests which include order picking, order entry, pricing, order maintenance etc.
  • Assist and support sales team with customer orders and requests
  • Handle product-related problems, such as defective products and returns
  • Maintain stock/product levels in the counter area
  • Responsible for carrying out any other duties assigned by management
