Requirements

2-4 years experience working in the electrical industry or equivalent knowledge
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional phone manner
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Minimum one year of Warehouse experience
Must be willing to be forklift trained

Responsibilities

Provide support to contractor customers at the counter, by phone or email to satisfy product/material needs
Responsible for handling customer service requests which include order picking, order entry, pricing, order maintenance etc.
Assist and support sales team with customer orders and requests
Handle product-related problems, such as defective products and returns
Maintain stock/product levels in the counter area
Responsible for carrying out any other duties assigned by management
