About The Position

Style Crest is seeking a Counter Sales Associate in our Fond du Lac, Wisconsin location who is energized by customer interaction and enjoys working hands-on with products and solutions. In this role, you'll serve as a primary point of contact for walk-in, phone, and email customers, providing product expertise, preparing quotes, processing orders, and identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships. This position combines hands-on counter sales with inside sales responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both customer service and sales. Mobile Home Stuff Store and Style Crest, Inc. have been a trusted partner to the Manufactured Housing Industry, offering HVAC services, repairs, and refurbishments. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior sales or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
  • Ability to learn and use point-of-sale and inventory systems (basic computer skills required).
  • Willingness to support physical aspects of the role, including lifting and moving materials.
  • Team-player mindset, able to jump in and help wherever needed.
  • Reliable, organized, and able to multi-task in a busy environment.
  • Must have a valid driver license and satisfactory MVR driving history.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding service to walk-in, phone, and email customers by providing product recommendations, pricing information, and solutions to meet their needs.
  • Prepare accurate quotes, process customer orders, and follow up on open opportunities to help drive sales growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities to expand business.
  • Support inside sales initiatives, including customer outreach, lead follow-up, and promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with outside sales representatives to support account management and customer service activities.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of products, inventory availability, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
  • Process customer pickups and ensure orders are accurately prepared and ready on time.
  • Resolve customer questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate customer, order, and sales information within company systems.
  • Assist with inventory management activities, including receiving product, cycle counts, and stock organization as needed.
  • Ensure showroom and counter areas remain clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Support branch operations and special projects as directed by management.
  • Occasionally assist with light warehouse activities during peak periods.
  • Other duties as assigned.
