About The Position

Sunrise Electric, a brand of Viking Electric, is seeking a Counter Sales Associate for their Fulton location. This is a full-time position with a starting schedule of 7:00 am Monday-Friday, with overtime opportunities. The role involves being the primary point of contact for contractors purchasing electrical products, ensuring they can quickly find what they need. The ideal candidate enjoys customer interaction and learning about products. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift and carry objects that may weigh up to 75 pounds (moving with equipment)
• Basic computer skills for entering orders
• Willingness to learn about our products through on-the-job training
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without VISA sponsorship now or in the future
• Fluent in English and Spanish

Nice To Haves

• Previous sales or retail experience
• Previous customer service experience

Responsibilities

• Take orders in person, over the phone, and through email
• Greet and assist customers as they enter the branch
• Collaborate with customers to fulfill order requests
• Load orders into customers’ vehicles or delivery trucks
• Provide product information to customers (training will be provided)
• Assist colleagues in the back-of-store warehouse as needed
