About The Position

Famous Supply is seeking a friendly, outgoing Counter Sales Associate for its Bethel Park location who excels in customer service. This role involves providing superior service to customers at the Famous Supply branch while maintaining a neat and organized warehouse. The company specializes in plumbing and HVAC, and knowledge in these fields is preferred to ensure efficient customer service. The position hours are 7am-4pm, Monday-Friday.

Requirements

• Customer service mindset
• Ability to use computer
• Ability to stand on feet for majority of an 8-hour day
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and helpful customer service
• Understand customer needs
• Provide the products and solutions to meet customer needs
• Process and schedule customer orders
• Manage Open Orders and customer Bids
• Pull orders from the warehouse to serve customers
• Keep counter area clean and organized
