About The Position

Magnolia Bakery is seeking a Counter Associate to uphold the core values of the organization and its mission while consistently presenting and promoting brand integrity, product quality, and customer service standards. The role involves ensuring customer satisfaction by handling counter transactions in a fast, efficient, and friendly manner, acknowledging all customers with a smile, and being responsive to their needs. The associate will communicate clearly and courteously, participate in team service for quick customer serving, and resolve customer problems with urgency. Additionally, the role includes wrapping and stocking desserts and supplies, displaying desserts, monitoring inventory, and maintaining neat and clean workstations.
