About The Position

As a Count Team member at Beau Rivage, MGM Resorts International, you will be an integral part of the crew responsible for the precise, speedy, and secure collection and processing of large volumes of casino currency. This includes cash, tickets, and tokens from various machines and revenue areas such as slot machines, cashless wagering kiosks, parking kiosks, satellite banking kiosks, and arcade games. Your role, though not guest-facing, is essential for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of the casino, directly contributing to the overall guest experience by ensuring everything adds up behind the scenes. The position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively within a team.

• Flexible to work outside of the primary schedule, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Collection of cash, tickets and tokens from each slot machine, cashless wagering kiosk, parking kiosk, satellite banking kiosk, arcade games and any other machine or revenue area as instructed
• Effectively perform the functions of counting, sorting, strapping, racking, transporting, and recording of all funds in the count operation
• Maintain proficiency in operation of all programs and equipment used in the drop and count process
• Ensure maintenance of a clean and organized count room
• Ensure adequate cleaning and maintenance of all drop and count equipment
• Produce and maintain accurate count team data
